Full refund within 24 hours if work hasn’t started; after that refunds are case-by-case. We recommend adding special notes during order if you have any unique requirement.
Do you create itineraries specifically for countries / cities (e.g. Italy, Spain, USA)?
Yes, our Standard and Customized packs are tailored to the destination you request. Every itinerary includes local opening hours, realistic travel times, and seasonal notes (high season vs low season). Use the 'Order notes' field to tell us the city, neighbourhoods, or must-see sights you care about.
However customized plan gives you full flexibility to plan your trip beyond the standard plan. Your trip plan will have, not only just cities or countries but also any destinations= like villages, off-beat places, hidden treasures etc.

How do you account for local opening hours, holidays and seasonal closures?
We verify opening times and seasonal closures while building the itinerary and flag any date-specific restrictions (local holidays, closures, reduced hours). For multi-day plans we optimise by day/time to reduce transit and queueing.
Can you build multi-city or longer itineraries (more than 7 days)?
Yes — the Customized and PTA plans support multi-city and longer itineraries. Pricing for complex/multi-city trips is quoted per-day or per-segment; add trip details in order notes and we will confirm scope & price before work starts.
What level of transport detail do you include (trains, ferries, transfers)?
We include recommended transport modes, typical trip durations, suggested times to travel, and links to book (train/ferry/transfer services). For Customized and PTA plans we add step-by-step transfer notes and estimated costs.
Do you provide visa, entry and travel-restriction guidance?
We provide general visa & entry guidance (common requirements and links to official government resources) as part of each itinerary. For legal/entry certainty we recommend checking the destination government website or embassy for the traveller’s nationality before travel.
Are itineraries usable offline and do you provide maps?
Yes — we deliver a print-ready PDF plus Google Maps links with pinned locations. You can save the map for offline use in Google Maps (instructions included in the PDF).
What languages do you support for itineraries and communications?
We currently deliver itineraries and correspondence in English. For other languages, Kindly select the preferred language in order form.
How do revisions work — how many am I allowed and what counts as a revision?
Customized plans include up to 2 revisions; PTA plans include extra revisions as listed in the product description. Revisions are for clarifying requests or small itinerary changes; major scope changes (e.g., adding new cities) may be quoted separately.
What payment methods, invoices, and VAT handling do you offer?
We accept cards and Paypal Pay via our payment provider. Invoices will sent straight to your email box.

Is personal data stored, and how do you protect my details?
We only collect the information necessary to prepare your itinerary (email, trip dates, preferences). Personal data is handled per our privacy policy and GDPR where applicable; sensitive data is not published and is only used to fulfil your order.
What is your refund & cancellation policy for business or group bookings?
Business and group orders follow our standard refund rules: full refund within 24 hours if work hasn’t started; after that refunds are case-by-case. For large group or corporate orders we recommend confirming scope and timeline in writing before payment to avoid delays.
How do I contact my Travel Assistant during the trip (PTA plan)?
PTA customers receive onboarding instructions by email and an assistant contact (WhatsApp or email). On-trip support is provided within agreed hours and scope (see PTA description); emergency support procedures are included in the itinerary.
